TIERNEY & DANNY - MCKINNEY FALLS ENGAGEMENT SESSION (AUSTIN, TEXAS)
This engagement session at McKinney Falls State Park was an absolute DREAM to photograph! When Tierney reached out to me about her vision, I just knew I had to capture this for them and help bring it to life! She really set the mood with a cute little picnic and it was so precious (they got lots of compliments on it!). Though we had hoped for a golden hour session, this cloudy day was JUST AS GOOD! I mean, just look at these photos! No harsh shadows and a creamy tone.
The session started with them cozied up on the blanket, enjoying each other's company, cracking jokes, and taking photos with their film camera. Then we explored the park, walking across the rocky cliffs and embracing the natural beauty around us. Did I mention Tierney did all of this IN HEELS?! She is a real life super hero.
Tierney and Danny were so sweet and easy going - it truly felt like we had known each other forever during their photo session. It's connections like this, the obvious love and chemistry you have for each other, that really help bring the photos to life! When you book a photo session with me, I will help you loosen up by giving you fun prompts that create movement and natural interactions between one another. This will help you forget about the awkwardness of being in front of a camera and just enjoy being with your person!

Tip: If you want to bring your pup along for your photo session, bringing a friend is super helpful! Then we can get some photos of you with your fur baby AND some photos without.
